Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties
As a Multi-Drop Driver, your day will be fast-paced and varied. You will be the face of the company to our clients' customers, requiring a professional manner and a focus on safety and accuracy.
- Safely operate and perform daily checks on a company-provided 3.5-tonne van or similar vehicle.
- Efficiently plan and execute a pre-determined multi-drop delivery route, typically involving 30-60 stops per day across Halifax HX1 and surrounding postcodes.
- Accurately load and unload parcels, ensuring all items are secured and handled with care to prevent damage.
- Provide excellent customer service at each drop point, obtaining signatures and managing proof of delivery via an electronic POD system.
