Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework across all seven areas of learning.
- Provide high-quality care, including supporting children with meals, toileting, and nap times, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are consistently met.
- Conduct ongoing observations and assessments of children's development, maintaining accurate and detailed records to track progress and share with parents and colleagues.

Essential Requirements & Qualifications
- A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Proven experience working as a Nursery Nurse or Early Years Practitioner within a UK nursery setting.
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework.
- Valid and up-to-date paediatric first aid certificate.
