Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities and learning experiences that support all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, promoting physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
- Provide high-quality care for children, including supporting with personal care routines such as feeding, nappy changing, and toileting, while maintaining impeccable hygiene and safety standards.
- Observe, assess, and accurately record each child's progress and development, contributing to detailed learning journals and maintaining open, constructive communication with parents and guardians.
- Work collaboratively as part of a cohesive nursery team, supporting colleagues, sharing best practices, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and stimulating environment for both children and staff.

What We're Looking For
- A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) is essential. Proven experience working as a Nursery Nurse, Early Years Practitioner, or in a similar role within a nursery setting.
- A thorough, up-to-date understanding and practical application of the EYFS curriculum. A genuine passion for early childhood development and a patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Strong teamwork ethic and a proactive, can-do attitude.
