Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule, oversee, and document planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs for building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and security.
  • Contractor Management: Act as the main liaison with external contractors and service providers. Raise work orders, ensure RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) are in place, supervise works on-site, and verify completed work meets quality and safety standards.
