Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities as a Support Worker
As a Support Worker placed through Team Carer Agency's supported living services, your daily responsibilities will be as rewarding as they are varied. You will work closely with individuals and their support teams to deliver care plans set in line with NHS-aligned standards of care, ensuring every person in your care feels respected, safe, and genuinely supported.
- Assist adults with disabilities in completing personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, in a dignified and respectful manner
- Support service users to participate in community activities, social events, and vocational programmes to promote inclusion and well-being
- Prepare and assist with nutritious meals, dietary requirements, and hydration routines in line with individual care plans
