Key Responsibilities

As a Night Porter, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer service in the facility. Your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

1. Front Desk Duties

  • Greeting and assisting late-night guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Handling check-in, check-out, and reservation queries according to company procedures.
  • Answering calls, addressing guest queries, and resolving concerns promptly and courteously.

2. Security and Safety

  • Conducting routine patrols of the premises to monitor for disturbances or suspicious activity.
  • Ensuring all entrances and exits are securely locked during late hours.
  • Responding to and managing emergency situations, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, or guest safety matters.

3. Housekeeping and Maintenance

  • Performing light housekeeping duties such as refilling supplies, tidying common areas, and ensuring general cleanliness.
  • Ensuring facilities are clean, welcoming, and presentable at all times.
  • Addressing minor maintenance or repairs, or notifying management in case of larger facility issues.

4. Administrative Tasks

  • Maintaining confidentiality concerning all guest-related information and documents.
  • Supporting the handover process between nighttime and daytime teams.

5. Collaborative and Supportive Work

  • Assisting other employees and departments, as needed, to ensure smooth daily operations.

Essential Requirements
